For each career level, a competency-specific proficiency profile defines the knowledge, the technical/business skills, the minimum level of performance and the standards expected. It represents the varying degrees of ability to which someone performs. Training plans must be based on filling the gap between the person's proficiency profile and the standard one for his/her career level, trying to give to the individual sufficient ability to perform the requested tasks. Base skills are specific technical skills, functional expertise and industry knowledge often used as key information for staffing decisions: they are measured by the following experience levels:
Each VarTech Solutions professional will receive formal feedback at least once every six months, as well as regular informal feedback. Individual performances may also be reviewed at the end of each project. Your career growth and promotions are based on your personal interest in the new role, strong performances and proven proficiency, motivation and mental attitude, skills developed, timing and business needs.
